Privacy is an important topic for us at questif. We find it very important to ensure your privacy and want to be as transparent as possible about what happens with your data.

  • Our privacy statement applies to www.questif.com (hereafter: the Landingpage) and app.questif.com (hereafter: the Webapp) and has been created in accordance with the guidelines of the General Data Protection Regulation.

    What personal data do we collect and why?

    We collect the following data on the Landingpage:

  • When you fill in the contactform, we ask for your email and your name. We need this information to provide you with an answer to your question.
  • We collect the following data on the Webapp:

  • When you create an account, we ask for your email and your name. We need this information to provide you with an account and to be able to contact you.
  • When you enter a room, you can choose to fill in your name or stay anonymous. The name you choose is up to you, but may consist of your personal data. If you choose to provide your name, we save it so that you are able to post a question with your name.
  • How long do we retain your personal data?

    We keep the data we collected for the creation of your account as long as your account exists. We keep the data we collected within the room your provided your data in for as long as the room exists.

    How can you manage your data?

    You always have the right to ask us what data we have from you. You can do this by contacting us via our contact form. We will provide you with the name and email we have registered of you as soon as we can.

    You also have the right to ask us to delete your data. You can do this by contacting us via our contact form. We will delete your data as soon as we can.

    What happens with your data?

    We save the data you provided within the Webapp in our database. For this database we use tooling called Supabase.

    We save the data you provided within the Landingpage in our account on Formspark.

    Lastly, we use Sentry for error monitoring.
